One For Each Paw provides quality customer service, which is extended to our online orders.  If there are any concerns regarding your goods received please email oneforeachpaw@outlook.com stating your concerns and provide photographs and we will happily replace your order for free and send it to you.

Dispatch and Delivery Policy:

One For Each Paw can deliver Australia wide.  All online orders will be packed within 1 - 2 business days. We use Australia Post and goods should arrive within 2 - 7 business days.  A tracking number can be provided if requested. The Australia Post satchel cost $15.00 up to 5 kg.  One For Each Paw does not charge any packing or handling fee.
